Our roots are planted firmly in Palermo, Sicily. From the mosaic like culture, to the architecture, to the clean, bright palate of flavors that make up Sicilian cuisine--Palermo is THE source of our strength and inspiration. Our menu is reflective of both the superlative and proletarian sides of that food culture. Over time, even the elite of Sicily have realized the delicate, nuanced beauty of the common food like sardines and the garbanzo bean.
We believe in fresh fish, fresh produce and made-to-order food. Our food is simple. We let our ingredients speak for themselves.
We source locally as much as possible. Our seafood arrives from boat to table in 48 hours or less.
We proudly feature Sicilian 'street food' as a part of our menu. This food is central to the working class of Sicily and is readily available in a variety of "Friggitoria" (street-food corner stores), food cart's or bar's throughout Sicily. We also offer a handful of pasta, veal, and poultry dishes to round out, and Italianize our very Sicilian-centric menu.
